In-Person Appointments In person appointments are located at 4-4502 South Ave, Brockville, ON K6T 1A8 in the Hillcrest Plaza (Mosaic Integrative Health).

Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. The entrance is locked and I will greet you at the entrance at the time of your appointment.
